In Switzerland, the population is aging at a rapid pace, while the cost of living is rising much faster than the pensions for retirement. Good care is little more affordable for the wealthy and there is little respect for the elderly.

This prompted us among other reasons to develop a concept to provide the affected people a new home in Vietnam. Vietnam is a country where it proves the highest respect for older people and where the Swiss franc or the euro still have 70% more purchasing power than for example in Switzerland and Europe.

Our business idea reflects in an assisted Care Center project in Vietnam and has the objective to sell, rent or lease the health care Residence to the international customers who is belonging to the so-called demographic segment of the generation of 55 year old and plus. The name of this settlement is Elders Care Resort.

Elders Care Resort is an on going planned construction project in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, 70 kilometers east of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, with spacious studio and 1 - and 2-bedroom apartments.

The project is invested and developed by International Elders Care Service Investment and Consultancy Joint Stock Company (Intl Elders Care JSC). The company has received it Business Certificate which was first issued on 11/07/2008 by The department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City; together with its Investment certificate which was issued on 16/08/2010 by The People’s Committee of Ba Ria- Vung Tau.

The project is located at Phuoc Thuan Commune, Xuyen Moc district, Ba Ria- Vung Tau province
